Our Liliah place cards come printed with your guest name and table number, on premium 300gsm card stock finished with a wax seal.

PRODUCTION + DELIVERY

A personalisation form will be sent to you post-purchase by a member of our team, within 1-2 working days. The overall production and delivery time of your piece is highly dependent on the customer response rate to the form.

As a guide, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks from purchase to delivery. Rush orders are available, please email sophie@smithandthemagpie.com for turnaround times and pricing. 

This total time can increase dramatically during our peak wedding seasons, so we recommend ordering well in advance to reserve your place in the production queue. You can then submit your text details 4-6 weeks before your wedding.

All of our stationery pieces are available to purchase online without needing to get in touch with us prior. Select the items you’d like from each collection, as well as the quantity of each piece and add to your basket. We recommend ordering your wedding day stationery as early as possible to ensure the design, printing and delivery can be completed on time, even if your wedding is a while away.

Once purchased we will be in touch with a personalisation form for each piece in your order via email, where you provide us with your text details. Custom colour selections can be chosen at this stage, from our range of 50+ ink shades. Once returned to us, our design team will complete a digital proof for each piece within 3 working days. We include two proofs within our pricing and any changes after such are subject to a design fee.

Once approved, we add your pieces to the print queue and aim to deliver within 7 working days via Royal Mail or DPD tracked courier services.

    Overall Timings
    As per the above, overall, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks from us receiving your text details, to you receiving your stationery pieces in the post. Extra revisions may extend this time. If you're in a hurry let us know, we can complete a rush order, extra fee applicable. 
           
    If you are not ready to complete your forms immediately after purchase, or have ordered now to reserve your space in the print queue, please communicate this with the team so we can input you into our design timeline for later in the year. We will then provide you with a key date we need your text and colour submissions by. If you do not keep to this timeline, we will not be able to fulfil your pieces and reserve the right to refund the order, as well as charge for any design time.
        
    Our business days are Monday-Friday and exclude public holidays.
