Our Hoxton Hall small signage bundle allows you to tailor your small signage to your event needs. Choose from group menus, bar menus, cards & gifts, guest book, photo booth, or we can create signage pieces that you would like to display at your event.

PRODUCTION + DELIVERY

A personalisation form will be sent to you post-purchase by a member of our team, within 1-2 working days. Once you have submitted your form, within 3-5 business days, you will receive one complimentary digital proof of your stationery to approve. If needed, one round of minor revisions is also complimentary. Any additional proofs will cost £20 each.

The overall production and delivery time of your stationery is highly dependent on the customer response rate to the form and proofs. Only once approved, will your stationery go into production. All stationery is made to order and will take approx 3 weeks to dispatch, after final approval of your proofs.

This total time can increase dramatically during our peak wedding seasons, so we recommend ordering well in advance to reserve your place in the production queue. You can then submit your text details 4-6 weeks before your desired delivery window.

All of our fabric signage pieces are available to purchase online. Select the signage you’d like and add to your basket. We recommend ordering your wedding day signage as early as possible to ensure the design, printing and delivery can be completed on time, even if your wedding is a while away and you are unsure of your guest list or event timings.

Once purchased we will be in touch with a personalisation form for each sign in your order via email, where you provide us with your text details. Custom colour selections can be chosen at this stage, from our range of 50+ ink shades. Once returned to us, our design team will complete a digital proof for each piece within 3-5 working days. We include two digital proofs within our pricing and any changes after such are subject to a design fee.

Once approved, we add your pieces to the print queue. This is around a 3-4 week turn around time, which includes printing, finishing and pressing. We then deliver your piece via Royal Mail, DPD, UPS or other tracked courier service.

To lower production time to either 1 or 2 weeks, a rush order slot will need to be purchased. These are very limited and apply to the production of the banner only, and does not include shipping time. 

Overall Timings
As per the above, overall, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks from us receiving your proof approval,  to us shipping your piece. Extra revisions may extend this time. If you are not ready to complete your forms immediately after purchase, or have ordered now to reserve your space in the print queue, please communicate this with the team so we can input you into our design timeline for later in the year. We will then provide you with a key date we need your text and colour submissions by. If you do not keep to this timeline, we will not be able to fulfil your pieces and reserve the right to refund the order, as well as charge for any design time.
   
Only signage that is ordered in advance, and with forms completed by the agreed date, is guaranteed to be delivered on time during busy periods. We can do a rush order for a one-off fee, please contact us with exact dates so we can determine if this is possible for you.
